5 Times To Try EFT Tapping This Week

So you’ve experienced the relief, insights, transformation and benefits EFT Tapping brings, and you want to use the technique more consistently. Still, you don’t know how to make it a regular practice?

Here are five times I use EFT Tapping most weeks:

  1. In the morning, when you’re waiting for the kettle to boil. Tap and talk about any anxiety or stress you’re feeling about the activities you have planned for the day ahead.  
  2. At the moment, you feel triggered or overwhelmed by a negative thought, emotion, memory or challenge. Take yourself to one side and tap and talk about what’s coming up for you and how those thoughts are making you feel. 
  3. On your day off, when you can make space to go deeper (either alone or with a practitioner) to process unpleasant past events, spiralling thoughts or emotions, phobias, addictions, cravings, outdated beliefs, etc. 
  4. When you see an EFT Tapping video online, trust that the video crossed your path for a reason and if it’s convenient, seize the opportunity to give it a go.
  5. Before you go to bed, tap and talk about what bothered you that day and how it made you feel.
