Hi, I'm Donna Louise,
Design lecturer and textile travel host turned certified EFT Tapping & Mindset Coach, who is eagerly awaiting the next series of Bridgerton!
After losing my textile tour business to Covid-19 lockdowns in 2020, I began exploring mindset and well-being techniques to support my mental health. During that time, I discovered an abundance of insightful and empowering self-awareness and discovery tools like EFT Tapping, Hypnosis, and NLP.
I used the insight from these new tools to give me the courage to quieten my inner critic so I could use my years of experience in teaching and entrepreneurship to expand my career into coaching. Since then, I have assisted over fifty 1:1 clients in diminishing their inner critic, fears and limiting beliefs so they can pursue their aspirations and live a happier life too.
